These Terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at coffeeroasters.pro (the "Site") operated by Coffee Roasters Pro, an Alberta corporation with business number BN 842345678AB0001, having its principal place of business at 1238 9 Avenue SE, Suite 115, Calgary, AB T2G 0T1, Canada ("Coffee Roasters Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of terms
Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy policy and Cookie policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of their jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Coffee Roasters Pro franchise services are directed at prospective business operators; the Site is not intended for use by minors.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable federal, provincial, or municipal laws, including the laws of Alberta and Canada;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or systems connected to the Site;
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Site without our prior written consent;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form or any other channel on the Site;
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, package tier descriptions, training module names, and software — is the property of Coffee Roasters Pro or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law, the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42), trademark law, and other intellectual property legislation. The Coffee Roasters Pro name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Coffee Roasters Pro. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.
You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating franchise opportunities. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent. Franchise partners receive a limited licence to use brand assets as specified in their franchise agreement.
5. Franchise information disclaimer
Information on the Site regarding franchise package tiers, indicative pricing, onboarding timelines, and service descriptions is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to sell a franchise, a franchise disclosure document, or a binding commitment. Actual franchise terms, fees, obligations, and territorial rights are set out exclusively in the formal franchise agreement and disclosure document provided during the onboarding process, in compliance with Alberta's Franchises Act and associated regulations.
Indicative pricing ranges published on the Site are estimates subject to change based on equipment availability, supply chain conditions, floor plate requirements, and individual partner circumstances. We make no guarantee that any particular package tier, timeline, or pricing will be available at the time of your enquiry.
6. Contact form and communications
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submission of an enquiry does not create a franchise relationship, partnership, or agency between you and Coffee Roasters Pro. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our sole discretion. Communications sent through the Site are subject to our Privacy policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Coffee Roasters Pro does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COFFEE ROASTERS PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate. Any reliance on Site content is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or conditions that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act of Alberta or other applicable legislation.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COFFEE ROASTERS PRO AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
Some jurisdictions, including Alberta, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coffee Roasters Pro and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, sitting in the Judicial District of Calgary. You irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.
12. Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty calendar days, either party may pursue remedies available under Alberta law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy policy and Cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coffee Roasters Pro regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not supersede or modify any franchise agreement, disclosure document, or supply contract entered into between you and Coffee Roasters Pro as a franchise partner.
